Android today — both View/XML and Jetpack Compose apps (minSdk 24+). iOS, Flutter and React Native are on the roadmap.

The SDK does its work on background threads and sends events asynchronously. Initialization returns immediately; the license check runs in the background.

Yes, with the cimka-offline module. Crash, trace, screen and network logs are queued on the device and sent on the next launch.

Can I use Cimka together with Firebase Crashlytics?

Yes. Initialize the other crash reporter before Cimka.initialize(); Cimka passes crashes on to it.

Device model and OS, app version, the screens and taps in your app, network calls, crashes, your own logs, device integrity and — only if your app already has location permission — coarse location. The full list is on Data & privacy.

How do I keep passwords and tokens out of the logs?

Cimka masks common sensitive fields by default (password, token, authorization, card_number, …). Add your own fields under Settings → Data Masking. Text typed into input fields is never captured.

Only members of your organization, according to their role.

Yes — per app, under Operations → App Config, without releasing an app update. You can also disable the SDK entirely.

Yes. Mention that you use Cimka for diagnostics and analytics, and fill in Google Play’s Data safety form using Data & privacy.

You pay per session: €0.10 for each new app session. Most AI analyses are included; AI network analysis over more than 24 hours costs €0.25–€3.00. See Billing.

New organizations get free credit, plus free credit replenished weekly and monthly.

New sessions aren’t recorded until you top up. Your app keeps working normally. You’re notified when the balance gets low.

Where do I find my license key and API key?

They are shown when you register the app, and are included in cimka_config.json, which you can download at any time from Settings → SDK Configuration Generator.

See Troubleshooting. The most common causes are a missing or wrong cimka_config.json, missing GitHub Packages credentials, or the SDK being disabled in App Config.
