  • Screen Views, Interactions, Trace Errors

Log Components → Crashes lists uncaught exceptions. The red badge counts fatal crashes. Each row shows the platform, the message and culprit, the user and device, the thread and when it happened.

Click a crash to open its detail:

Tab Content
Overview App, version, platform, OS, time, fatal flag, and the linked issue
Stack Trace Full stack trace and thread context

AI output is a starting point — verify it against the stack trace.

Log Components → Network (“API Performance”) lists every HTTP call captured by the SDK interceptor, with method, endpoint, status, duration (a clock marks calls over 1 s), SDK and a timeline bar. The header shows the error rate and request count.

Click a request to see:

  • Overview — URL, endpoint, duration, app version, device, user and session
  • Request — method, URL, headers and body
  • Response — status, headers and body

Values of masked properties appear as [MASKED].

Click AI Analysis to get an overall health rating (healthy, degraded, critical), a summary, flagged endpoints with recommendations, and trends.

  • Time ranges up to 24 hours are free.
  • Longer ranges show AI Analysis (Paid). A dialog shows the number of logs, the cost and your wallet balance; click Pay €X & Analyze, or Top Up Wallet if your balance is too low.

Results are cached for an hour.

Log Components → Interactions lists taps: the element text, the screen, SDK, user, device and time. Top Elements shows the most-tapped elements. Open one to see the core view (screen), sub view, view id and class, captured text and the view hierarchy.

Every screen visit with its referrer (Cart → Checkout), platform, device, version and user. Side cards show Most Visited screens and Top Paths.
