Team & roles

Operations → Team (“Identity & Access”) lists members and pending invitations. Viewing requires team:read; every action below requires team:manage.

  1. Click Invite Member.
  2. Enter the Email and choose a Role.
  3. Click Send Invite.

The invitee receives an email with a link valid for 7 days. Opening it, they can either:

  • Create account & accept — enter a name and password; they’re signed in and land on the dashboard.
  • Sign in & accept — if they already have a Cimka account with that email.

If the email doesn’t arrive, ask them to check spam, or resend it.

On the Invitations tab:

  • Resend invitation email — sends a new link with a fresh 7-day expiry.
  • Cancel invitation — the link stops working.

Click a member to open their profile (role, status, joined, last login, email verified). For other members you can:

  • Change Role
  • Request Password Reset — emails them a link to set a new password (valid 24 hours).
  • Remove Member — they lose access immediately.
