Navigating the dashboard

The sign-in page has two tabs:

  • Sign In — email and password.
  • Register — creates a new account and a new organization in which you are Admin. To join an existing organization, ask an admin to invite you instead.

If you forgot your password, ask an admin of your organization to send you a reset link from Team → member → Request Password Reset.

If you belong to several organizations you’ll be asked to choose one; switch later from the organization name in the header.

Log and session pages share a filter bar:

  • Platform — All SDKs, Android, iOS, React, Flutter.
  • User — pick one of your app’s users to see only their data.
  • Search — free text (crash message, URL, element text…).
  • Clear filters — reset everything.

Combined with the header time range, filters let you answer questions like “what did user_123 do on Android in the last hour?”.

Tables are paginated (10, 20, 50 or 100 rows). Clicking a crash, request, interaction or event opens a detail panel from the right; click outside it to close.
