Reports
Section titled “Reports”Reports → Reports offers ready-made Excel (.xlsx) exports for the selected time range. Filter by category and click Export Excel.

Exports contain up to 2,000 rows. Requires reports:read.
Custom Reports
Section titled “Custom Reports”Build your own tables from Cimka data, without code, and share them with specific roles.
- Everyone with
custom_reports:readcan Run the reports assigned to their role. - Members with
custom_reports:managecan Create, edit and delete reports and see all of them.
Building a report
Section titled “Building a report”Click Create Report. The builder has five steps:
- Basic Info — name (e.g. Weekly Crash Summary) and description.
- Tables & Columns — choose tables (crashes, network logs, sessions, devices, issues, releases, …) and their columns.
- Joins — with two or more tables, link them with a LEFT or INNER join (e.g. crashes → devices).
- Filters — conditions such as Equals, Contains, In list, >, Between, After; date shortcuts Today, Last 7/30/90 days; and an Order By.
- Assign Roles — which roles can see the report.
Running and exporting
Section titled “Running and exporting”Click Run on a report card. Results are shown in a paginated table (50 rows per page). Click Export Excel to download up to 2,000 rows.
