Users & devices
Clients → Users (“App Users”) lists the end users of your app, identified by Cimka.identify().
Each row shows the username (or anonymous, with a live badge when they’re in a session now), sessions, total events, last seen, platform and device. Expand a user for first/last seen, app version, live sessions, events per session and Recent Sessions. View all opens User Sessions filtered to that user.
Devices
Section titled “Devices”Clients → Devices (“Registered Devices”) lists every device that has run your app.
Tabs: All, Rooted, Simulators, Corrupted, Blocked.
| Flag | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Rooted | Root access detected (su binaries, test-keys build) |
| Simulator | Running on an emulator |
| Corrupted | System tampering: writable system partition, permissive SELinux, debug build with test keys |
| Clean | No security flags |
Expand a device to see:
- Hardware — brand, model, manufacturer, OS, screen
- App — package, version, device UID, sessions, last seen, block reason
- Permissions — granted / requested, grouped (Location, Camera, Storage, Contacts, …)
Blocking a device
Section titled “Blocking a device”Requires team:manage.
Click Block, optionally enter a reason (e.g. Suspicious activity detected), and confirm. The device can no longer use your app: the SDK shows a full-screen blocked page with the reason and your organization info (logo, email, phone, website) so the user can contact you.
The block applies the next time the app comes to the foreground, or within 2 minutes. Click Unblock to undo.
You can also block from a session’s Device block.
