Operations → Billing (“Wallet & Billing”) requires bill:read.
How billing works
Section titled “How billing works”Cimka uses a prepaid wallet in euros.

When the balance runs out, new sessions are not recorded until you top up. You’ll receive notifications when the balance drops to €5 and to €1.
Current Balance
Section titled “Current Balance”Shows your total balance, ≈ sessions remaining, free credit and paid balance.
Requesting a top-up
Section titled “Requesting a top-up”- In Request Top-Up, pick €10, €25, €50, €100 or a custom amount (the estimated number of sessions is shown).
- Optionally add a note.
- Click Request Top-Up.
The request is reviewed and, once approved, the amount is added to your paid balance and you’re notified by email. Follow its status in Top-Up Requests (Pending, Approved, Rejected).

Transaction History
Section titled “Transaction History”Every movement in the wallet: Top-up, Initial Credit, Weekly Credit, Monthly Credit, Session charges and AI Analysis, with the amount, balance after and date.
